Package inclusions, pricing and descriptions are provided in good faith and may be updated over time. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract in itself. The scope, inclusions and price that apply to your project are the ones set out in your written proposal and client agreement.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or reserve a project slot. Work begins once a proposal has been accepted and the agreement is in place.

Deposits, payment stages, timelines, deliverables, ownership, intellectual property, cancellations and refunds are governed by your client agreement rather than this page. Those terms are confirmed in writing before work begins [to be confirmed].

The text, design, layout and images on this website belong to Aligned by Design unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Portfolio items marked as concept projects are illustrative design work, not client engagements.

Where this website links to another website or service, that site is outside our control and has its own terms and privacy practices.

Website design, SEO setup and optimization improve the structure, clarity and search fundamentals of your website. They do not guarantee a particular search ranking, level of traffic, number of leads, bookings, sales or revenue.
