The website inquiry form collects the details you choose to provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, business type, location, project details, budget or package interest, timing and any message you write.

You are never required to submit anything beyond a name, email address and a short message. Please don't send sensitive personal information through the form.

Information submitted through the form is used to respond to your inquiry, understand what your project involves, prepare a proposal or quote, and communicate with you about the work. It is not sold or rented.

This website does not currently load analytics or advertising tracking. If website analytics are added later, this section will describe the service used, what it measures and how any cookies are handled, and it will be updated before any such service goes live.

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and email correspondence is handled through a third-party email provider. These providers process information on our behalf in order to deliver the website and our messages. Business email is handled through Google Workspace, and website inquiries are delivered by a secure transactional email service to our inbox at info@alignedbydesign.co.

Inquiry and project correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided, or as required for business and tax record keeping. Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted when they are no longer needed, and you can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no ongoing business or legal reason to keep it. Just get in touch and the request will be handled promptly.
